- Design placement
Production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Customer Submitted Designs & Images
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission or rights to use any logos, images, artwork, or designs submitted for printing.
By uploading artwork or requesting a design, you confirm that you have the right to use the submitted content.
Human & Paws Ink is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or ownership issues related to customer-provided designs.
Design Enhancement Services
Human & Paws Ink may provide design cleanup, improvements, adjustments, or enhancements to help achieve the best print quality.
Colors, placement, and sizing may vary slightly due to:
- Screen displays
- Material differences
- Printing processes
Order Processing & Shipping
All products are made to order.
Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipping.
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and selected shipping method.
Human & Paws Ink is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because our products are customized and made specifically for each customer:
- Custom items are final sale
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to incorrect size selection, color choice, spelling errors, or customer design mistakes

Product Care
Customers are responsible for following proper care instructions to maintain print quality.
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or handling is not covered.
