Each item we create is custom-made with care specifically for you. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because our products are made to order and customized based on your selections, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Custom designs
  • Personalized names or text
  • Customer-uploaded logos or images
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Spelling errors submitted by the customer
  • Change of mind after production has started

Please carefully review all details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there was a mistake made by Human & Paws Ink, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and concern

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • Replacement item
  • Correction of the issue
  • Store credit or refund when appropriate

Design Approval & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate, including:

  • Artwork
  • Logos
  • Photos
  • Names
  • Dates
  • Spelling
  • Sizes
  • Colors

Human & Paws Ink may enhance or adjust artwork to improve print quality; however, final results may vary slightly due to screen colors, materials, and the printing process.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has started.

Once an item has entered the customization or printing process, cancellations are no longer available.

Product Care

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, including:

  • Incorrect washing
  • High heat drying
  • Bleach use
  • Ironing directly over designs

Please follow recommended care instructions to keep your custom items looking their best.

Shipping Issues

Human & Paws Ink is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

If a package is lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist with locating the shipment.
